June Orientation (June-O) is a two-day experience where you will familiarize yourself with 必博娱乐,比博娱乐网址 #########, learn about opportunities and campus resources, and meet faculty, current students, and your first-year peers!

All new 必博娱乐,比博娱乐网址 #########ians will attend both June-O and Aug-O. You will leave June-O with your fall class schedule and will feel more prepared for a successful start when you return to campus in the fall. Parents and adult family members are encouraged to attend our concurrent June-O for Families program.

Why June-O?

  • Establish a relationship with a mentor team consisting of a faculty member and a current student to ease your transition into college;
  • Learn about the academic policies, procedures, and expectations of 必博娱乐,比博娱乐网址 #########, including the General Education (GE) program, and majors and minors.
  • Set your fall course schedule!
  • Meet your fellow classmates so you see familiar faces when you come to campus in the fall.

All incoming domestic first-year students will register for one of our five June-O sessions (4 on-campus, 1 virtual). Students must be available for both days of their session as they will be working with a faculty advisor and orientation leader on advising and course registration throughout that time. International students still residing in their native country will register for a Virtual June-O for Students Coming from Abroad session.

June-O 2023 Session Dates

These sessions are offered in-person for domestic students and virtually for students coming from abroad.

  • Session 1: Wednesday, June 7 and Thursday, June 8, 2023
  • Session 2: Saturday, June 10 and Sunday, June 11, 2023
  • Session 3: Tuesday, June 13 and Wednesday, June 14, 2023
  • Session 4: Friday, June 16 and Saturday, June 17 2023

While we encourage all domestic students to attend a June-O session hosted on campus, we will also offer a virtual session:

  • Session 5: Wednesday, June 21 and Thursday, June 22, 2023

Program Schedules

See schedules from our 2023 programs below. The start and end times of programs will remain the same. Students and their families should plan on arriving on campus by 11:30 a.m. on Day 1 and should not plan to depart campus before 12:30 p.m. on Day 2.
