This program provides experiential learning across the Project Management Lifecycle and demonstrates key management processes owned by the Project Manager role. The program's primary intent is to equip new and potential Project Managers with exposure to the language, processes, deliverables and behaviors necessary to delivery successful projects. The curriculum will be framework agnostic yet anchored in Project Management best practices that can be applied across industries and project types. Upon successful completion, students will appreciate the adaptability necessary to lead across a project's lifestyle, grounded in an easy-to-navigate structure.?
