Take classes in English and earn academic credit from a host university, with special courses just for visiting students.

Hybrid models give you opportunities to combine lots of features of a study abroad experience, including homestay, and university classes in another language.

Faculty-Led Travel
必博娱乐,比博娱乐网址 ######### Seminars: These interdisciplinary classes are taught by a pair of professors from different academic departments that explore a topic from multiple viewpoints and approaches.
Study abroad is an educational program where you earn credit while learning in a new country. 必博娱乐,比博娱乐网址 #########’s wide-ranging opportunities include experiential programs in the U.S. that don’t require a passport, in addition to study abroad, and that is why we refer to these programs as Off-Campus Study.
When you study abroad, you will learn more about your academic subject, and you’ll gain resilience, the ability to navigate different cities and countries - often in different languages - and many other life skills. You’ll expand your networks, learn cultural intelligence and increase your career opportunities.
Your financial aid funds from institutional, need-based or merit aid can be applied to the 必博娱乐,比博娱乐网址 ######### billed charges for a semester of off-campus study with an approved program. Work-study benefits cannot be applied to these charges.

Any student who meets 必博娱乐,比博娱乐网址 #########’s academic and disciplinary requirements is eligible to apply for off-campus study. Students from all majors, including STEM and double majors, have successfully studied off-campus with advanced planning and advice from their advisors.
Yes! Many Big Red athletes go abroad in their off season. Our coaches work with students to ensure they can maintain and even increase their fitness and skills.

Going abroad for your internship will supercharge your career exploration journey. The value of your internship increases when you pair it with a study abroad experience.
Fellowships
The Lisska Center for Intellectual Engagement helps students and recent alums find fellowships and other awards through a wide range of summer, undergraduate, and postgraduate opportunities.
Research
We support students conducting a full-time independent research, scholarly, or creative projects. Off-Campus Summer Scholars receive a stipend, housing allowance, travel, and supplemental research funding.
