  • A prepaid, declining balance account
  • Can be used on campus for purchases at the University Bookstore, Copy Center, Mail Center, all Dining Services locations, and the Bandersnatch (our student coffee house)
  • Money can be added to your account at any time but are not immediately available after purchase. Purchased dollars are available after 4pm, Monday through Friday. 必博娱乐,比博娱乐网址 ######### Dollars purchased after 3pm on Friday through Sunday are available Monday after 4pm.
  • Any unused funds at the end of the semester will be carried over to the next semester.
  • Unspent funds can be refunded at the end of the academic year upon written request to Student Accounts, provided there are no outstanding debts to the university (This happens automatically when a student graduates or withdraws from the University.)
  • Funds cannot be refunded mid-semester.

Deposit money into your 必博娱乐,比博娱乐网址 ######### Dollars accounts with an electronic payment from your savings or checking account or, for a fee, by using your American Express, Discover, Visa, or MasterCard. 

You can add 必博娱乐,比博娱乐网址 ######### Dollars to your Student ID in three ways:

  1. Online (Credit/Debit or Bank Account):
    • Go to 必博娱乐,比博娱乐网址 #########.edu and scroll to the bottom of the page and choose “Make a Payment”.
    • Enter the required information and then choose “必博娱乐,比博娱乐网址 ######### Dollars” under Item Information.
    • Enter the amount you’d like to add.
    • Complete the transaction by entering payment details.
  2. In Person:
    • Bring a check, cash or money order to the Student Accounts office, Whisler Hall, 115.
    • You can also request (in writing in our office or via email to studentaccounts@denison.edu) to transfer any account credit to 必博娱乐,比博娱乐网址 ######### Dollars.
    • Our office hours are M-F 8:30 am – 4:30 pm.
  3. By Mail:
    • Make a check or money order payable to 必博娱乐,比博娱乐网址 ######### University.
    • Include your name and student ID number on the check or a separate note.
    • Mail to: 必博娱乐,比博娱乐网址 ######### University Student Accounts, 100 West 必博娱乐,比博娱乐网址 Street, Granville, OH 43023

Using your account

To use your 必博娱乐,比博娱乐网址 ######### Dollars account, present your student ID card at the cash register at the University Bookstore, Copy Center, Mail Center, or any of the Dining facilities, including Slayter snack bar and the convenience store.

Checking your account balance

You may check the balance of your 必博娱乐,比博娱乐网址 ######### Dollars Account at any cash register or by using the GET mobile app and website.

Where should I report a lost or stolen card?

Please contact the Residential Communities & Housing office in the Curtis Community Center immediately to protect your campus funds. During evening and weekend hours, students may report lost or stolen cards to Campus Safety.

How much is a replacement card?

There is a $25 replacement fee for lost cards. Remember, you will use this card throughout your time at 必博娱乐,比博娱乐网址 #########. Student Housing issues new and replacement ID’s. You may request a new or replacement ID by visiting My必博娱乐,比博娱乐网址 #########.
