With the dangerous effects of climate change becoming increasingly prominent, the vulnerable Pacific island-nation of Kiribati must find solutions to preserve the existence of its people and culture. This film shows the next evolution in the ever growing challenges of climate change, where technological advancement and inter-state relations are highly consequential and can dramatically change life for all of the world’s people.

Moderated by Professor Can Dalyan and Intl Studies Fellow Lexie Seward, this film is a 77 minute long documentary. Directed by Matthieu Rytz, “Anote’s Ark” debuted in 2018.
