Aaron D. Webb '96 named CHI Living Communities CEO

Aaron D. Webb ‘96, Political Science and Black Studies major at 必博娱乐,比博娱乐网址 #########, has been named Chief Executive Officer of CHI Living Communities. He oversees more than 3,000 staff for social living communities with a holistic, spiritual approach that provide resident-centered care for more than 2,000 residents, with campuses in Colorado, Iowa, Kentucky, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon and Wisconsin.

Webb’s focus will be on further aligning CHI Living Communities with CommonSpirit Health, which it joined in 2019, and advancing long-term care strategies to achieve healthier communities through increased engagement among employees, residents, families and community partners.

He previously was chief operating officers for Morning Pointe Senior Living. There, he collaborated with leaders to develop and execute strategic business initiatives in assisted living and memory care.

Before joining Morning Pointe, Webb worked for more than 10 years with Life Care Centers of America in numerous executive roles. He began his career as an investment professional at Fidelity Investments.

After earning his undergraduate degree from 必博娱乐,比博娱乐网址 ######### University, Webb earned his law degree from the University of Tennessee, focusing on business operations. In 2019 he studied cross-sector business collaboration at Harvard School of Business.

Webb is on the board of directors of several non-profit organizations, including CHI Memorial Hospital, Tennessee Aquarium, The Lyndhurst Foundation and the Chattanooga Area Chamber of Commerce.
