Joshua Reyes

Joshua Reyes serves as a Community Coordinator for West Quad. He provides resources, guidance, and support to students who serve as a Community Advisor (CA) as they oversee residents while also assisting with academic success and finding their place on The Hill. He is a recent undergraduate from San Jos¨¦ State University ¡®23 (Northern California) where he received his Bachelor’s. Joshua is originally from San Diego, California where he was born & raised. He enjoys traveling, playing indoor/beach volleyball, and trying new food places in his free time.

Prior to this role, he was heavily involved with different aspects of the community during his undergrad. He was a Resident Advisor for two (2) consecutive years under the University Housing Services, a Student Ambassador for two years under Student Outreach & Recruitment, and a Board of Director for the Student Union, Inc. at SJSU. As well as a part of Greek life as a brother of Pi Kappa Phi and Order of Omega (Honor Society which represents the top 5%).

Moving out of California has always been on the back of his mind, but he never knew when a good opportunity was until now. Challenging himself out of his comfort zone is important, in order to grow into something bigger, he believes. He can¡¯t wait to see what opportunities lay ahead for him in his new role. Go Big Red!
