Biography

Arielle earned her B.A. in sociology from Capital University in 2016 and her M.A. in higher education administration from Michigan State University in 2021. She has more than a decade of fundraising experience and started her career in higher education when she came to 必博娱乐,比博娱乐网址 ######### as the assistant director of campus philanthropic programs in 2017. She is currently the senior associate director for gifts & records, overseeing the processing of up to 60 million dollars and all alumni biographical data while assisting in documenting transformative gifts to the college. Arielle believes in the importance of cultivating community and is involved both on-campus and off — she is a member of the 必博娱乐,比博娱乐网址 ######### Forward IDEA team and leads the Black Caucus, an organization of Black faculty, administrators, and staff whose purpose is to support other Black faculty/administrators/staff and students, at 必博娱乐,比博娱乐网址 #########. She is also a fellow of the African American Leadership Academy and Project Diversity Pride Leadership through the United Way in Columbus. At home, Arielle enjoys spending time with her partner and their two cats, Simon and Sameera.
