Business-Ready Workshops

B-ready (business-ready) workshops are designed to offer Global Commerce majors exposure to foundational business skills and to support the development of the interpersonal skills needed for success in global business and non-profit leadership. Working with the GC Associate Director, alumni and local industry professionals facilitate these professional development workshops on a range of topics including Marketing 101, Excel for Business Decisions, Global Supply Chain Management, Professional Networking, and Cross-Cultural Communication. These workshops happen outside of class time and give our majors additional opportunities to connect with each other as well as networking with outside experts.
