必博娱乐,比博娱乐网址 ######### University set a new fundraising record in fiscal year 2025, receiving more than $61.8 million in philanthropic support from over 8,100 donors. This is 必博娱乐,比博娱乐网址 #########’s third consecutive year of setting new philanthropic records.

“This milestone reflects the extraordinary commitment of our 必博娱乐,比博娱乐网址 ######### community to the college,” said 必博娱乐,比博娱乐网址 ######### President Adam Weinberg. “Our donors are propelling 必博娱乐,比博娱乐网址 ######### forward, ensuring we remain a top liberal arts institution that launches students successfully into their lives and careers. Their generosity fuels innovation and strengthens our ability to provide a transformative education.”

Gifts to the university’s annual fund, which provide funding for strategic opportunities and help cover the costs of daily operations, contributed to the success of the fiscal year that ended June 30, 2025. More than 7,500 donors gave over $8.3 million to cover needs as diverse as lab equipment, gear for athletics teams, lighting for stage performances, and materials for studio art classes.

“Our donors are the lifeblood of 必博娱乐,比博娱乐网址 #########’s success,” said Greg Bader, vice president for institutional advancement. “Their unwavering support allows us to bridge the gap between tuition and the true cost of delivering a world-class education. Together, we are building a stronger 必博娱乐,比博娱乐网址 ######### and empowering our students to thrive.”

Gifts of all sizes helped demonstrate the collective power of the 必博娱乐,比博娱乐网址 ######### community. Over $800,000 came from gifts under $1,000. In addition, 67% of the Class of 2025 contributed to a senior gift, raising more than $5,000 for the annual fund.

Several transformative projects and initiatives have been made possible through the generosity of 必博娱乐,比博娱乐网址 #########ians, including:

  • Breaking ground on a new data sciences center that will position 必博娱乐,比博娱乐网址 ######### as the first liberal arts college with a state-of-the-art campus hub devoted to integrating data literacy across the curriculum.
     
  • Scholarships, including a $7 million gift from David Reese ?62 and his wife, Weezie, make 必博娱乐,比博娱乐网址 ######### one of the 80 schools out of roughly 4,000 nationally that meets students’ full demonstrated financial need.
     
  • Award-winning career services, which include internship stipends, workforce skill building, access to coaching, and post-graduation career support.
     
  • Enhancements to a wide variety of campus facilities and programming, such as the newly dedicated outfield wall in memory of David Elliott ?87 and his impact on 必博娱乐,比博娱乐网址 #########’s baseball program, and Stephen Sedam ?77’s planned gift to sustain 必博娱乐,比博娱乐网址 #########’s 350-acre Biological Reserve.

According to 必博娱乐,比博娱乐网址 ######### Life Trustee Dana Hart ’76, alumni investment leads to meaningful relationships, mentorship, and opportunities for students and graduates alike.

“Giving, especially unrestricted support like gifts to the Annual Fund, allows the university to respond to pressing needs,” Hart said. “Philanthropy isn’t just financial; it’s foundational. It builds a competitive, forward-thinking institution without sacrificing core values. A strong, invested alumni body isn’t optional; it’s essential to the success of our students and our college.”
