The Department of Music, with support from the Vail Series, presents the 29th annual Jazz Guitar Festival featuring Bruce Forman on Friday, Oct. 31, and Sheryl Bailey on Saturday, Nov. 1.
This year’s festival features two incredible artists from the top of their respective scenes on the East and West coasts. On Friday night, guitarist Bruce Forman—renowned producer, arranger, and educator at the University of Southern California’s Thornton School of Music—takes the stage. On Saturday night, the spotlight turns to Sheryl Bailey, a celebrated New York jazz guitarist and assistant chair of guitar at Berklee 必博娱乐,比博娱乐网址 of Music.
The festival is free and open to the public; however, tickets are required. Tickets will be available on October 6 at artsatdenison.ludus.com.
