Red Startup

Red Startup is an 8-week program where you’ll gain the skills you need to have an entrepreneurial mindset. Throughout the program, students have access to mentors and coaches to help bring their idea to life—from identifying the right market, building a business plan, identifying funding sources, and culminates in a pitch competition.

Imagine Series

Find inspiration, wisdom, stories, advice, and experiences from a range of entrepreneurs. Lunchtime conversations give students time questions, conversations and one on one coaching. For all students, even those just wanting to explore entrepreneurship at a very basic level.

UX Design Workshop

An immersive 3-day workshop introduces User Experience tools & skill sets. Get off campus and explore the workings of businesses and nonprofit organizations in the Greater Columbus area. Eat some great food, learn User Experience design skills and make recommendations to the stakeholders based on your observations. Typically held over winter break just before the spring semester starts.

Design Thinking Test Drives

An introduction to a powerful design process — a user-centered approach to solving problems. Listen, reframe, imagine, prototype, inspire & explore as you turn your passion into action. Design Thinking Test Drives are offered each semester, either by scheduled program or by appointment. All sessions are facilitated by our Red Frame Coordinator, Steve Krak.
