Student employment
Nicole Saunier serves as our student employment expert. She was a first-generation college student and brings that insight into her work, helping 必博娱乐,比博娱乐网址 ######### create positive and engaging campus work experiences for our students. Nicole consults with supervisors to help define positions and create valuable campus work opportunities for students. And she meets with students one-on-one to learn about their goals and help connect them to the right opportunities and resources.

Christa Myers can answer questions about payroll. Christa has enthusiasm and talent for the detailed work of payroll. She sees her role as benefitting employee morale and maintaining 必博娱乐,比博娱乐网址 #########’s reputation. Payroll Services is transitioning to another division, and Christa will remain your contact for payroll questions.
Human capital management
Jim Ables is leading a new initiative to better support our employees and manage our data. Jim is a longtime HR professional with 必博娱乐,比博娱乐网址 #########. He uses his vast experience and knowledge to oversee the implementation of a new technology platform that will automate, streamline, and integrate employee data. Jim is partnering with ITS to manage the rollout of the system over the next year, with a goal toward providing a truly dynamic new system that will automate specific tasks, enhance employee and manager self-service and help us manage workforce analytics. Jim is already deep into this role and has transitioned many responsibilities to other team members to focus on this important and complex project. Jim will continue to oversee HR operations and provide consultation to the team.
Human resources leadership
As a senior leader at 必博娱乐,比博娱乐网址 #########, Janine Watkins brings her vision for innovation and strategic organizational leadership to all employees. She assists leaders across campus in implementing principles such as organizational design, professional development, employee retention, and effective performance management. She also is a key partner in advancing the university’s diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.
Previously, Watkins served he University of North Texas Health Science Center as assistant vice chancellor and chief human resources officer. Her lengthy career as a strategic leader and human resources professional includes roles at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston; ACES, a national energy management company headquartered in Carmel, Indiana; Indiana University Health; and Magic Mountain Fun Centers, based in Columbus.
Janine Watkins
General questions
Alexis Hanscel has the insight and experience to partner with all of us to support the collective work we perform. Alexis is customer-oriented, knowledgeable, and can guide you to the right person or resources. In addition, she works on special projects and partners across HR with the functional areas. Having this versatile role in our department helps us better serve the needs of our campus community.
Operations questions
Tressa Riddle, a member of the 必博娱乐,比博娱乐网址 ######### Class of 2007, has a background in psychology, social work, and insurance. She uses all of those skill sets in her work as our administrative assistant. Tressa especially enjoys welcoming our newest members of the 必博娱乐,比博娱乐网址 ######### team to campus in her support of talent management and onboarding. She also provides administrative support to general HR operations and serves as our main office’s first point of contact.
